BRIAN R ABRAHAM

Brian is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. He engaged in civil litigation practice in Logan, West Virginia, for several years concentrating in the areas of personal injury, family law and education law. Brian became the Prosecuting Attorney for Logan County in 1999. He was elected in 2000 and re-elected in 2004. During his time as Prosecutor, Brian tried dozens of felony level jury trials. As a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a Judge Advocate, Brian deployed to Iraq in 2005. He was called back to active duty again in 2008 and served as a Trial Counsel and a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Districts of Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee, respectively. Brian is a graduate of the Trial Advocacy Course at the National College of District Attorneys. He is a former executive board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the West Virginia State Bar. He served as a board member for the West Virginia Association of Counties. In 2006, Brian was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Logan County Bar Association. Brian is admitted to practice in West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

ROBERT ILDERTON

Robert Ilderton graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University. He was then employed by the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority as a Correctional Counselor. In 2000, Robert entered Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2003. Upon graduation, he was employed by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals as a Judicial Law Clerk. He served in this capacity until accepting a position as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Logan County, Logan, West Virginia. Robert was named Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from 2006 to 2008. During his tenure, he successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor cases. Robert is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Logan County Bar Association. Robert is admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia, as well as the Southern Federal District Court of West Virginia. A lifelong resident of Logan, Robert resides with his wife and two beautiful children.
