Robert Ilderton
Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University. He was then employed by the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority as a Correctional Counselor. In 2000, Robert entered Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2003. Upon graduation, he was employed by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals as a Judicial Law Clerk. He served in this capacity until accepting a position as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Logan County, Logan, West Virginia. Robert was named Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from 2006 to 2008. During his tenure, he successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor cases. Robert is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Logan County Bar Association. Robert is admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia, as well as the Southern Federal District Court of West Virginia. A lifelong resident of Logan, Robert resides with his wife and two beautiful children.
